Steve Wilson has served as president and chief executive officer of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. and its predecessor company since July 2003. He has been a member of the CF Industries Holdings board since April 2005 and chairman of the board since July 2005. Wilson joined CF Industries in 1991 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, following a lengthy career at Inland Steel Industries, then one of the nation’s largest steel producers and distributors. He earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Northwestern University.

Melih Keyman is the original founder of KEYTRADE AG. Prior to creating the company, he held leading positions in ENKA Marketing of Turkey and Transammonia, always working in the fertilizer sector where he is now a 27-year veteran. Mr. Keyman is a member of the Board of Directors of The Fertilizer Institute and a council member of International Fertilizer Association. A native of Turkey and now also a citizen of Switzerland, Mr. Keyman has been living in Zurich since 1984.

Thomas van Berkel after studying economics in Amsterdam joined Shell. In 1965 he moved to Shell's fertilizer subsidiary Mekog-Albatros and in 1967 became Head of Marketing. In 1974 he was appointed CEO of Nitrex and Nitrex AG in Zurich, Switzerland. From 1988 until 1995 he was concurrently Managing Director of EFMA in Brussels. After reorganising Nitrex and Complex in 1987/88 he became CEO of Nitrex-Complex. A native of the Netherlands he has lived in Switzerland since 1974.

Christoph Heiz is an attorney and a partner in the law firm meyerlustenberger in Zurich since 1994. He is specialized in commercial and corporate law. Prior to joining meyerlustenberger, Mr Heiz practiced with Jones Day Reavis & Pogue in Atlanta, Georgia and headed the legal department of Shell (Switzerland) in Zurich.

Peter B. Arnold, is the founding member of the corporate and commercial Swiss law firm ARNOLD LEGAL LTD with offices in Zurich and Zug. He has dealt with business and commercial law matters on an international scale for over 20 years, and holds memberships as non-executive director in Swiss and foreign enterprises and corporate organisations. His main fields of engagement within the directorship mandates have been coaching, development, structuring and reorganization of start-up, small- and mid-cap companies. Mr. Arnold has an international educational background and graduated from Law School at Zurich University. By profession he qualifies as a registered attorney admitted to the Swiss Bars of Zurich and Zug as well as a commissioned civil law Notary of the Canton of Zug in Switzerland.

Dennis joined CF Industries in August 2011. Prior to that, he had been vice president, portfolio and strategy for BP's upstream business. Earlier, he served as chief financial officer for Pan American Energy, LLC, and in other financial positions in the operations of BP PLC and Amoco Corporation. He is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University.
