In consultation with our partners, CF Industries, Inc., KEYTRADE AG has decided to discontinue its domestic trading activities in the United States and Canada. KEYTRADE North America will wind down its activities. Our Tampa office will continue its Latin business as usual and will be involved in some supplies into North America in co-ordination with CF Industries. This should result in better clarity to customers, as Keytrade and CF Industries each focus on their respective core capabilities.
